Nomination Polls are Open

The MOY Award is an international contest to recognize leaders who amplify the intelligence of those around them.

"When you learn, teach. When you get, give."

Multiplier Leaders

Multipliers are leaders who use their intelligence to amplify the smarts and capabilities of the people around them. When these leaders walk into a room, light bulbs go on; ideas flow and problems get solved.

This is your opportunity to give back to a leader who has impacted you by giving them the recognition they deserve.

It’s also an opportunity for you to generate buzz for the right kind of leadership to help build a Multiplier culture within your organization.

How it Looks

The Winners Public Workshop

Each year, MOY winners are given a free seat to our annual public workshop. This video captures some of the highlight moments during last years workshop, taught by Shawn Vanderhoven.

The workshop was held at the Tesla Motor factory in Fremont, CA. The cherry on top was an exclusive factory tour where participants saw first-hand how Tesla’s are made.

If you are a leader who wants to get more done with fewer resources, you are invited to attend this public workshop and dive deep into the research behind Liz Wiseman’s bestselling book, Multipliers: How The Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter.

This year, Liz Wiseman will also be teaching the brand new Multiply your Impact workshop, which is for leaders and individual contributors who want to be fully utilized, work at their highest point of contribution, and enjoy the exhilaration of doing the best work of their career.

The story examples you share will be viewed by thousands of others around the world. They can spark excitement and can also generate buzz for the right kind of leadership in your organization.

Goal #2: Get on the shortlist

After you have submitted a nomination, your next goal is to get them on the shortlist.

To do that, you’ll need to submit powerful evidence that they’re a Multiplier leader. Here are some tips:

  • Submit multiple examples that clearly illustrate how they are a Multiplier.

  • Submit a video of you and others telling a story about the leader.

  • Ask others to nominate them with their own examples.

Goal #3: Rally the troops

Finally, you’ll want to spread the word and rally the troops to vote.

The nominee’s who win rally their entire organization and social network.

Here are some suggestions:
